Pricing

Koala reserves the right to change the prices of products displayed in the Online Store at any time and to correct inadvertent errors. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by Koala. If there is an error in the price, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing with the transaction at the correct price or canceling the order free of charge.

Order, acknowledgment and acceptance of the order

To order Koala products, you can visit the website koalaspain.com Add products to cart and pay (with the payment method you prefer). We can send the items to you or the person you choose. Once you have confirmed it, we will give you a web order number.

In most cases and within a period of 24 to 48 hours we will process orders for products in stock. If a product is not in stock, it will disappear from the website or we will put the word “Out of Stock” next to the product.

From the moment you make the payment, all that remains is for the courier to deliver the products to you as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your purchase.

Shipping and handing

Koala only ships via courier service. To consult the shipping method, contact by email: info@koalaspain.com 

Deliveries are subject to the courier company.

Koala's 2-year limited warranty is in addition to the rights granted by the Spanish Consumer Protection Law.

Export

This contract is subject to the export control laws of current legislation. You may not export products purchased from the Koala Online Store to another country if prohibited by export control laws.

Payment options

The Koala Online Store offers the following payment methods: credit card.

If you pay by credit card, when you submit the order the total amount will be blocked on your card. If we do not receive authorization from the card issuer.

Returns and refunds

Returns are subject to the Koala Online Sales Policy. If you change your mind, you can return your purchase to us within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. This option is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer regarding the return of defective products.

If you wish to return the order or some of the items, please contact us via email: info@koalaspain.com 

You must provide us with the following information:

  • Product image to verify status
  • Web Order No.
  • The full address where we can collect the items
  • A contact telephone number
  • The time at which you prefer the carrier to come

When we receive your email, we will provide you with an authorization number for the collection of material. Clearly indicate this number on the packaging of the items you are returning to expedite return processing. Customers who return items within this 14-day period must pay the cost of shipping plus a cost for collection and processing.

Estimated time to process the refund?

We will process the return once the items have returned and their condition has been verified in Koala's warehouses. The refund by transfer will take 5 to 7 days to become effective.

What happens if I receive a defective item or shipping error?

If you have any problem with your new product or believe it has a defect, please contact us by email: info@koalaspain.com as soon as possible to inform us. Contact us in the same way for any shipping error by the courier company, from Koala Online we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

Is an invoice sent along with the order?

Koala attaches the invoice generated from the website itself and its shipping note. If you register on the Koala website, you will be able to consult your invoices directly and print them.
