Shipping methods and costs
On the cart page you can see the description of each item, the price and shipping and shipping information. On this same page there is the possibility of creating a shipping estimate (this creates the actual shipping cost) to verify the total cost of the purchase before processing it.
PENINSULA:
- 2-3 business days. Shipment 5€ on orders less than €20 – Courier service: SEUR

- 3-5 business days. Shipment 10€ on orders less than €50 – Courier service: SEUR

- 3-5 business days. Shipment 15€ on orders less than €100 – Courier service: SEUR

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:
- Countries of the European Union (south, east and west): 3 – 5 business days. 20€ on orders less than €100. Shipment Free on orders over €100
- Countries of the European Union (north): 3 – 5 business days. 30€ in orders.
- European countries not belonging to the European Union: 3 – 5 business days. 40€ on all orders.
- North American countries: 7 – 10 business days. 60€ on all orders.
- South American countries: 7 – 10 business days. 60€ on all orders.
- Oceania countries: 10 – 12 business days. 80€ on all orders.
- African and Asian countries: 10 – 12 business days. 80€ on all orders.
IMPORTANT: Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as to countries not belonging to the European Union They are subject to additional import and/or local customs duties and taxes.
Shipping costs may be modified at any time without prior notice. Said change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the help pages, and the contract published on this website. In any case, those shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.
These deadlines may be longer during some weeks of the year, such as the Christmas period.
Taxes and tax identification number not included. The tax number will not be necessary for shipments outside the European Union.

Information
After placing your order using a credit or debit card, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Please make sure that the email address for your order is correct and that the email has not gone into the spam folder.

Expedition and shipping times
The expected dispatch from our warehouse for orders is 24/48 hours.
The items in your order will be shipped as soon as they are available. The expected delivery date to your home after leaving the warehouse is 4 to 7 business days. All of this is at the expense of the country of delivery and is subject to the courier company.
Change
Once your order is ready for shipment or has left our warehouse, we cannot make changes. If you have questions, contact us by email at info@koalaspain.com
Tracking
The tracking of your order is at the expense of the courier company, contact us by email at info@koalaspain.com And if it has a tracking service, we will provide you with the data.
Delivery Information
If the order is to be delivered to a company address, the delivery person will leave it at the reception or delivery point and request a signature from the receptionist or concierge. The person to whom the package is addressed does not need to sign.
If you have indicated a personal address that has a concierge, the delivery person will deliver it directly to you. The concierge can sign the acknowledgment as long as there is a gate in the reception or building.
Shipping problems

Shipping by courier service: if you are not at home at the time of delivery of the order, the courier service will leave you a delivery notice. Thus, you can contact them directly to arrange a new delivery date during business hours or to modify the delivery address.
To report shipping problems, contact by email at info@koalaspain.com , we will discuss what happened with the courier company and we will try to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged item, contact by email at info@koalaspain.com
In the event that the product has suffered any damage during shipping, Koala will contact the courier company directly to resolve the problem as soon as possible and cause you the least disruption. We will do everything in our power to keep you informed and, if we consider it appropriate, send you a replacement order.

International orders
Wherever you are and wherever you want to send, you can buy Koala products for your family and friends on our website. From the “Cart” page of our website you can verify if your country is included by our courier delivery network in the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” section, there you can verify the real shipping cost.
