CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA:

- Countries of the European Union (south, east, and west): 3 – 5 working days. €20 for orders under €100. FREE shipping for orders over €100.

- Countries of North America: 7 – 10 working days. €50 for all orders.

IMPORTANT: Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and countries not belonging to the European Union are subject to additional import duties and/or local customs taxes.
Shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be applicable from the moment they are included in the help pages and the contract published on this website. In any case, the shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.
These delivery times may be longer during certain weeks of the year, such as the Christmas period.
Taxes and identification number not included. The tax number is not required for shipments outside the European Union.

Expedition and Shipping Times
The estimated dispatch from our warehouse for orders is 24-48 hours.
The items in your order will be shipped as soon as they are available. The estimated delivery date to your address after leaving the warehouse is 4-7 business days. This is subject to the delivery country and the courier company’s terms and conditions.
Once your order is ready for shipping or has left our warehouse, we cannot make modifications. If you have any doubts, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Tracking your order depends on the courier company. Please contact us via email at email@example.com and if they provide a tracking service, we will provide you with the details.
If the order is being delivered to a business address, the courier will leave it at the reception or delivery point and ask for a signature from the receptionist or concierge. The recipient of the package does not need to sign for it.
If you have provided a personal address with a concierge, the courier will deliver it directly to them. The concierge can sign the receipt if there is a reception area in the building.
Shipping by courier service: If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier service will leave a delivery notice. You can then contact them directly to arrange a new delivery date during business hours or modify the delivery address.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the event that a product has been damaged during shipping, Koala will directly contact the courier company to resolve the issue as soon as possible and minimize any inconvenience to you. We will do our best to keep you informed and, if deemed appropriate, send you a replacement order.
