Standard Shipping

On the cart page you can see the description of each item, the price and the information about dispatch and shipping. On this same page there is the possibility of creating a shipping estimate (this creates the actual shipping cost) to verify the total cost of the purchase before processing it.

PENINSULA:

  • 2-3 working days. €5 on orders under €50 – Courier service: Auto-Radio
  • 2-3 working days. €0 on orders over €50 – Courier service: Auto-Radio

BALEARIC ISLANDS

  • 3 business days. €10 on orders under €50 – Courier service: Auto-Radio
  • 3 business days. €0 on orders over €50 – Courier service: Auto-Radio

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

  • 5 working days. €15 on all orders – Courier service: Auto-Radio

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Countries of the European Union: 2 – 3 working days. €10 on all orders.
  • European countries not belonging to the European Union: 2 – 3 working days. €15 on all orders.
  • North American countries: 3 – 4 business days. €20 on all orders.
  • South American countries: 3 – 4 business days. €20 on all orders.
  • Australia and Oceania: 4 – 5 business days. €30 on all orders.
  • Africa and Asia: 4 – 5 business days. €30 on all orders.

Shipping costs can be changed at any time without prior notice. Said change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the help pages, and the contract published on this web page. In any case, those shipping costs that appear at the time of making the order will be valid.

Issue and shipping times

The expected delivery of our warehouse for orders is 24/48 hours.

The items in your order will be shipped as soon as they are available. The expected delivery date to your home after leaving the warehouse is 4 to 7 business days. All this at the expense of the country of delivery and is subject to the courier company.

Change

Once your order is ready to ship or has left our warehouse, we cannot make any changes. If you have questions, contact us by email at info@koalaspain.com

Monitoring

The tracking of your order is at the expense of the courier company, contact us by email at info@koalaspain.com and if it has a tracking service we will provide you the data.
Delivery information

If the order is to be delivered to a business address, the delivery person will leave it at the reception or delivery point and will request a signature from the receptionist or concierge. It is not necessary to sign the person to whom the package is addressed.

If you have indicated a personal address that has a concierge, the delivery person will deliver it directly to you. The concierge can sign the acknowledgment as long as there is a goal at the reception or the building.

Problems

Failed deliveries

Shipping by courier service: if you are not at home when the order is delivered, the courier service will leave you a delivery notice. Thus, you can contact them directly to arrange a new delivery date during business hours or to change the delivery address.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged item, contact by email at info@koalaspain.com

In the event that the product has suffered any damage during shipment, Koala will contact the courier company directly to resolve the problem as soon as possible and cause you the least disorder. We will do our best to keep you informed and, if we deem it appropriate, send you a replacement order.

International orders

Wherever you are and wherever you want to send, you can buy Koala products for your family and friends on our website. From the “Cart” page of our website you can check if your country is included in our courier delivery network in the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” section, right there you can check the actual cost of the shipment.
