You have the right to cancel an order or return a product. To do so, you must review our return and refund policy on the website.
Koala reserves the right to change the prices of products displayed on the Online Store at any time and to correct inadvertent errors. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by Koala. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel the order at no cost.
Order, Acknowledgment, and Acceptance of Order
To place an order for Koala products, you can visit the website koalaspain.com, add products to the cart, and proceed to payment (using your preferred payment method). We can deliver the items to you or to the person of your choice. Once confirmed, we will provide you with a web order number.
In most cases, and within 24 to 48 hours, we will process orders for products in stock. If a product is not in stock, it will be removed from the website or marked as “Out of Stock” next to the product.
Once you’ve made the payment, all that’s left is for the courier to deliver the products to you as soon as possible so you can enjoy your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are subject to the courier company’s terms.
Rights granted by the Consumer Protection Law
Koala’s limited 2-year warranty adds to the rights granted by the Spanish Consumer Protection Law.
