Refunds

You have the right to cancel an order or return a product. To do this you must review our return and refund policy on the website.

Prices

Koala reserves the right to change the prices of the products shown in the Online Store at any time and to correct involuntary errors. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by Koala. If there is an error in the price, we will notify you and give you the option to continue with the transaction at the correct price or to cancel the order without costs.

Order, acknowledgment and acceptance of the order

To order Koala products, you can visit the website koalaspain.com add products to the cart and pay (with the payment method you prefer). We can send the items to you or to the person you choose. Once you have confirmed it, we will give you a web order number.

In most cases and within 24 to 48 hours we will process orders for products in stock. If a product is not in stock, it will disappear from the web or we will put the word “Out of Stock” next to the product.

From the moment you make the payment, all that remains is for the courier to deliver the products to you as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your purchase.
