Since 1999, KOALA has been committed to offering its products and services the highest standard of quality, innovation and design to satisfy the requirements and expectations of our main customers in the Winery, Retail and Horeca channels, providing personalized products for the WINERY channel and PROFESSIONALS and design products to the Retail and Warehouse channel. The Management of KOALA intends to demonstrate, through this Management Policy, both for the employee members of the organization and for the external parties directly affected such as our clients or those suppliers with whom we regularly work, its conviction that:
